Team Building Energy Ball Workshop

These are hands-on workshops and the price is per person, which includes all the ingredients, equipment, recipe cards and you get to eat and take home all of the lovely goodies that you have made.

I make them fun, educational and of course tasty! Classes are all dairy free, refined sugar free and gluten free. (Suitable for vegans too)

This will then give your staff the confidence to make these easy to follow yet nutritious and delicious recipes again at home. Brilliant for that 3pm energy slump at work.

This workshop includes making two different types of energy balls and taking 2 bags of them home that they have made.

Event Length: Approximately 1.5 - 2.5 hours (Depending on group size)

Cost: £30 a person per class

Minimum: 10 people
